PURPOSE: A car running simulation apparatus and method using a vehicle are provided to increase the sense for the reality by the same indoor space as a car when a user plays a car running simulation game or practices a driving. CONSTITUTION: A power breaker(6) breaks a power applied to a vehicle according to a driver's selection. An operating lever sensor(7) detects signals generated by operations of a steering wheel(4), a clutch pedal(3), a brake pedal(2), an accelerating pedal(1), and a gear. An analog/digital converter(8) converts analog signals detected by the operating level sensor(7) into digital signals. A simulation box(10) receives and emulates an output signal of the analog/digital converter(8) in order to perform a simulation operation. A display panel(11) receives and displays an output signal of the simulation box(10).
