PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die, a punch guide and a machining device having the die and the punch guide in which a cutting die is easily manufactured at relatively low cost. SOLUTION: A die to be used for a die to cut a work comprises a die body having a blade to cut the work and formed of a plate-like first material of a predetermined thickness, and a die block which is engaged with the die body, fixed to the die together with the die body, and formed of a second material of the hardness lower than that of the first material.
