PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an oscillation amplitude detection circuit for precisely detecting the oscillation amplitude and reduce the voltages of an oscillation circuit and an integrated circuit for oscillation. SOLUTION: A bipolar transistor TR2 has a voltage Vbe between the base and the emitter with less variations in manufacturing, and a capacitor C2 can be precisely discharged when an oscillation output reaches a prescribed oscillation amplitude value, and a CMOS inverter INV1 which takes the potential at one terminal B of the capacitor C2 as an input can precisely generate a detection output of the oscillation amplitude value.
