摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous silica membrane having improved brittleness and adhesiveness, a laminated substrate, methods for manufacturing them, and an electroluminescence element having excellent reliability and light extraction efficiency. SOLUTION: The porous silica membrane has a refractive index of 1.10-1.35 and a maximum surface unevenness of≤100 nm, and is characterized in that a peak of at least one kind substance of 1-4C alcohols is found in a temperature range higher than the boiling point at 760 mmHg of the substance in the thermogravimetric measurement-mass spectrometric analysis. The laminated substrate can be obtained by forming the porous silica membrane on a substrate, and the electroluminescence element has the laminated substrate and can be obtained by stacking a transparent electrode, an electroluminescence layer and a cathode on the laminated substrate in this order.
