<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantly prepare and sale a chicken cracker having fragrant dry feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The chicken cracker is instantly prepared by using a definite weight of white meat of chicken (M1) as a raw material, applying a powdery seasoning such as salt and pepper to the meat, covering the whole surface of the meat M1 with starch, pressing with a pair of upper and lower hot plates 18, 23 oiled to prevent the scorching of the meat and heating for a definite time between about 30 sec to 60 sec to bake the meat in a pressed state having an average thickness T of about 1-2 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
