<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display textual information of a book, a magazine, a newspaper and the like in an arbitral narrow space and make it readable by selecting with a simple operation to display, in a display device equipped with a control part for displaying a plurality of titles of information and displaying information corresponding to a title selected by an operation at an operation part while switching to display information of a different page according to an operation at the operation part. <P>SOLUTION: The display device has the title information selected by the operation at the operation part and a maintaining means for storing page information displayed by a switch operation of display at the operation part.
