PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve size reduction of a wireless base station or a wireless terminal unit in a mobile communication, while implementing a communication control adjusted to user's diverse quality requirements and communication patterns. SOLUTION: A wireless base station unit 2 connected to a mobile communication network 1 establishes a virtual connection 7 for a first information sever 4 and a virtual connection 8 for a second information server 5. In addition, the wireless base station unit 2 establishes a virtual connection 6 for the wireless terminal unit 3. The wireless base station unit 2 transmits the packets transmitted to the wireless base station unit 2 using the virtual connections 7, 8 to the wireless terminal unit 3, using one virtual connection 6. This will reduce the buffer volume or the like, required for retransmission control in wireless area and improve size reduction of the wireless base station unit 2 and the wireless terminal unit 3.
