PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing distortion of flow velocity distribution in a pipe section, in a fluid total pressure measuring device for measuring the total pressure of a fluid by using a Pitot tube. SOLUTION: This partition device having a closed space having an elastic body facial part as a component of a wall part, and capable of partitioning the section of a Pitot tube insertion nozzle near the circumference of a Pitot tube insertion part by injecting the fluid into the closed space and enlarging the closed space, is arranged on the circumference of the Pitot tube insertion part.
