<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new equipment set for an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment set 1 for the automobile has an expandable structure 2, an element 4 acting as a supporting element for the expandable structure, an element 8 forming a load diffusing plate, and at least one brittle member 10 for fixing the load diffusing plate to the supporting element. The set has a sheath 12 equipped with an opening first end portion 16 fixed to the supporting element 4 for forming the expandable structure, and a opening second end portion 18 fixed to the load diffusing plate 8.
