PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching hub capable of easily collectively managing all switches connected to an SNMP manager, and reducing the band load of a network. SOLUTION: The switching hub 1, to which a plurality of communication apparatuses A-N are connected and which is managed by the SNMP manager 2 on the network 10, substitutes for the SNMP manager 2 to transfer an SNMP request (t) to specified communication apparatuses A-N on the basis of the SNMP request (t) from the SNMP manager 2.
