PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality/reliability by linearly reciprocating a plunger. SOLUTION: In either one or both of a case wherein the plunger 2 is sucked in the direction for entering a central hole 16 by the magnetism of a magnetic source 7, and a case wherein the plunger 2 protrudes in the direction for going out from the central hole 16 by the spring force of a spring 17 accompanying the demagnetization of the magnetic source 7, the plunger 2 linearly moves to the central hole 16 of the magnetic source 7 without being affected by the movement of a lever 18 which converts the linear movement of the plunger 2 into a rotating movement. Also, the plunger 2 does not come into contact with the magnetic source 7 which surrounds the central hole 16, and the movement of the plunger 2 becomes optimal, and durability of an electromagnetic solenoid 1 is raised.
