<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pushbutton switch for an elevator capable of always ensuring reliability without being functionally impaired even when impact force is applied as well as when pushbutton operation is performed by usual pressing operation force. <P>SOLUTION: This pushbutton switch for the elevator provided in an opening part (b) on a wall face (a) has a pushbutton part P provided to sink for the wall face by pressing operation by an operator and a switch terminal part T provided to perform switch operation after the sunk pushbutton part is abutted on it and provided with a circuit controlling elevator operation.
