PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight panel comprising a biodegradable resin composition, particularly excellent in heat resistance and form stability and having both functionality and designability. SOLUTION: This biodegradable lightweight panel has a core material comprising the foamed body of a biodegradable resin composition. The foamed body is composed preferably of the resin composition comprising polylactic acid as a main component, and has a crystallinity of≥18% and a foaming magnification of 1.5-200.
