PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional inspection process of a flexible board is a smooth work which can sequentially and continuously process by tape feeding, while the power of concentration is reduced due to an operator's increase in a load, and also there are fears that the inspection precision is reduced by overlooking a misalignment of a stuck position of a reinforcement plate. SOLUTION: A sticking positioning mark 21 of the reinforcement plate designates an allowable range of the quantity of misalignment of the stuck position of the reinforcement plate 1 by a contour line, and also has a scale which is set within this contour line and designates the quantity of misalignment of the stuck position of the reinforcement plate 1. The misalignment of the stuck position of the reinforcement plate 1 stuck to a flexible board is determined on the basis of the stuck positioning mark 21 of such the reinforcement plate 1, and the determined quantity of misalignment is fed back to a process of sticking the reinforcement plate.
