PURPOSE: A structure of a grill plate for roasting meat is provided to prevent the meat from being scorched and to improve the flavor of roasted meat. CONSTITUTION: In a structure of a grill plate(1) for roasting meat, a body plate(2) is made of aluminum. A flame contact surface is coated with ceramic material. A roasting surface(4) on the body plate has an embossed surface(5) plated with pure copper.
