<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the chromaticity of a light emitting device which easily and finely adjusts the chromaticity. <P>SOLUTION: The chromaticity is adjusted with the light emitting device comprising a light emitting element, and a translucent resin which contains phosphor particles and is formed to cover the light emitting elements for curing.
