PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to generate, while maintaining the safety, hash data at high speed and suppress memory quantity to be used, when generating hash data with respect to input digital data. SOLUTION: A digital data transmitting terminal is provided with a data input means for inputting digital data M201, a data compression module 203 for compressing the digital data acquired by the data input means, a hush data generating module 204 for generating hash data H(M)206 by converting the compressed data acquired by the data compression module 203 by a unidirectional hash function, and a hash data output means for outputting the hash data H(M)206 generated by the hash data generating module 204.
