PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide roller conveyor facility capable of intermittently transporting an object over a plurality of zones smoothly irrespective of its shape, length and weight, and being installed as attachment to the existing facility easily without requiring a significant fabricating accuracy. SOLUTION: The arrangement with this roller conveyor facility includes a plurality of specific zones which are furnished with a valve means 80 to actuate an accumulator unit 25 and a brake unit 30 reversibly and a sensing means 40 for the object consisting of an upstream sensing device 41 and a downstream sensing device 61. Each sensing device is composed of brackets 43 and 63 capable of swinging, sensing rollers 45 and 65 attached to the brackets, and opening/closing valves 58 and 78 in normally shut-off condition arranged mating with operation parts 43c and 63c formed on the brackets. When the sensing roller of at least one opening/closing valve has moved against the energizing force, the valve(s) is put in the communication condition by the operation part, and the valve means in the upstream zone is changed over to the brake application side.
