<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve reducing flow charge by fluid force. <P>SOLUTION: A spool 2 for compensating the pressure is fitted to a body 1 having an input port 1c provided with an orifice 8 and an output port 1d provided with an orifice 9, and a spring 3 is elastically kept into contact with the spool 2 and a plug 4 for the flow determination. A bypass channel 10 for communicating the input port 1c and the output port 1d is formed on an outer peripheral part of the body 1.
