The arrangement has an image reproduction device, a plane wavelength filter array and an illumination device with at least two modes. In one mode light from a first source behind the filter array passes through the array and reproduction device so the scene appears in 3D. In a second mode light from the radiation plane of a second source between the filter array and reproduction device passes through the reproduction device but not the array. The arrangement has an image reproduction device (1) with transparent image display elements in a raster, a plane wavelength filter array (3) with elements that are transparent and elements that are opaque for certain wavelengths and an illumination device with at least two modes. In one mode light from a first source (2) behind the filter array passes through the array and reproduction device so the scene appears in 3D. In a second mode light from the radiation plane of a second source (4) between the filter array and image reproduction device passes through the image reproduction device but not the filter array.
