LUMP COAL DETECTION APPARATUS FOR DETECTING LUMP COAL INCOMING TO PULVERIZED COAL SUPPLIER

PURPOSE: A lump coal detection apparatus for detecting lump coal incoming to pulverized coal supplier is provided to supply pulverized coal smoothly by early detecting lump coal flown in pulverized coal crusher and preventing mis-operation of lump coal detection sensors. CONSTITUTION: The lump coal detection apparatus comprises an exhaust gas pressure sensor(140) for measuring pressure of exhaust gas exhausted from storage hopper (H); a temperature sensor(150) installed on pulverized coal discharge pipe(131) to measure temperature of mixed air discharged along with pulverized coal through an exit of pulverized coal crusher(130); a current sensor(160) installed at crusher motor(133) for rotating rotation table(132) installed at an inner side of the pulverized coal crusher so that the current sensor measures load of the crusher motor; first pressure sensor(170) installed inside the pulverized coal crusher and the storage hopper respectively to measure a differential pressure between the pulverized coal crusher and the storage hopper; second pressure sensor(180) for measuring a pressure difference between upper part and lower part of the rotating rotation table; and a control part(190) judging whether lump coal is flown in or not by receiving signals from the foregoing respective sensors.
