The method is for obtaining the leukoplatelet layer, its gel and applications, preferably starting with an extraction of peripheral blood from the flexure of the elbow. Blood is centrifuged differentially between 150 and 400 revolutions, for 10 to 30 minutes, extracting the layer relatively to the plasma poor in platelets and to the plasma rich in platelets corresponding to the leukoplatelet layer. The method is for obtaining the leukoplatelet layer, its gel and applications, preferably starting with an extraction of peripheral blood from the flexure of the elbow. From the layer, its gel is obtained. With the method, the blood is centrifuged differentially between 150 and 400 revolutions, for 10 to 30 minutes, subsequently extracting the layer relatively to the plasma poor in platelets and to the plasma rich in platelets corresponding to the leukoplatelet layer, it being possible to collect a part of red globules, approximately 0.5 ml, adding to it a McCOYS culture medium with cytokinesis.
