FIELD: generation of ultrasonic-spectrum pulse oscillations to prevent deposits on heat-and-mass transfer equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic pulse oscillator has magnetostrictor, thyristor switch built around single thyristor connected according to polarity across diagonally opposite dc terminals of four-diode bridge whose diagonally opposite ac terminals are connected in series with magnetostrictor; thyristor is provided with pulse-phase control system that has dynamic bridge whose first and second arms incorporate ballast resistor and standard voltage regulator diode and third and fourth arms have adjusting potentiometer and integrating capacitor; first diagonally opposite terminals are connected in parallel with thyristor and second ones, to emitter junction of p-n-p transistor, its emitter being connected to integrating capacitor and collector, to base of n-p-n transistor whose collector is connected to base of p-n-p transistor and emitter, to gate electrode of thyristor. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to extended frequency and amplitude range of excited waves; reduced power requirement. ^ 1 cl, 1 dwg |
