PURPOSE: A discharge device having an opening and closing guide portion at a foldable spout is provided to allow even old people or children to use the discharge device with ease by forming the opening and closing guide portion on a cap portion having a spout. CONSTITUTION: The discharge device(1) having a spout(4) for discharging contents to be coupled(attached, bonded) to the opening(8) of various shapes of containers or to a paper container or to a pouch container is declined to one side by a folding portion(5). An opening and closing cap(6) is formed on the upper side of the spout(4). An opening and closing guide portion(7) is formed on the cap(6).
