PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet using an ionomer resin. SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by laminating an ionomer resin on a film layer releasable from the ionomer resin, in which the ionomer resin layer has a volume specific resistance of 10<SP>5</SP>Ω/m3 to 10<SP>15</SP>Ω/m3. The ionomer resin is a resin cross-linking olefin and carboxylic acid copolymer molecules with metal ions. In this case, a material as the metal ions, which is not limited a particular type, such as potassium, sodium, zinc or the like is used. Among these materials, potassium can be most conveniently used, which, when used, allows the ionomer resin layer to provide a volume specific resistance of 10<SP>5</SP>Ω/m3 to 10<SP>15</SP>Ω/m3.
