PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the functioning performance of a cogeneration system and simplify the construction thereof. SOLUTION: In the gas turbine cogeneration system, exhaust gas E from a gas turbine as a heat source medium passes in series through a regenerating heater 11a for heating absorbent liquid La using a regenerator 11 for a absorption refrigerating machine and through a remaining heat collecting heat exchanger 17a of a closed forcible circulation type for heating the absorbent liquid La at a position of a lower temperature level than that of the regenerator 11, in sequence. The gas turbine cogeneration system comprises a regenerating heat exchanger for heat exchange of combustion air to be supplied to the gas turbine with exhaust gas E from the gas turbine to be preheated. Herein, a heat distributing means V is provided for adjusting a heat distribution ratio in the form of distributing retaining heat of the exhaust gas E from the gas turbine into heat to be served for heating the absorbed liquid and heat to be served for preheating air. Steam generated in the remaining heat collecting heat exchanger 17a during boiling is escaped through a steam release passage 41 to a distribution portion of high temperature refrigerant steam R.
