PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally determine the slide position of a coupler member in accordance with the condition of a traveling road surface and the traveling at a cargo unloading site by a device capable of moving the center of rotation of a connected vehicle by moving the position of the coupler member. SOLUTION: The necessary specifications are input to a program control circuit in advance in accordance with the specification of a tractor and a trailer connected with the tractor, and a mechanical position of the coupler member of the connecting device, to operate the minimum rotating radius and the maximum pitching angle of the connected vehicle.
