PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual-axis hinge capable of preventing the strength of a shaft from lowering and stably and accurately developing a frictional torque. SOLUTION: This dual-axis hinge comprises a first rotating shaft 2 fitted to a device body, a second rotating shaft 6 fitted to an open/close and tilting member, and a hinge block 1 rotatably pivoted on these rotating shafts 2 and 6 in the state of generally orthogonal to each other. The hinge also comprises a means for generating the frictional torque on the rotating shafts 2 and 6 and a lock means 10 and 6a switching the rotating shafts between a locked state and an unlocked state.
