摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide aluminum and aluminum alloy materials having excellent proof stress and tensile strength by establishing a practical technique of making the crystal grains of aluminum and aluminum alloy materials into hyperfine crystal grains. SOLUTION: A lumpy aluminum material made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy is heated to a recrystallization temperature or below. The lumpy aluminum material heated to a recrystallization temperature or below is repeatedly subjected to warm forging from an x-axis direction, a y-axis direction, and a z-axis direction.
