PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable water feed and drainage facility system for a house with no problem about odor or the like caused by flow-down of drain and dirt from drainage parts in a system for selecting facility units of a washroom, a kitchen, a wash stand, a bath, and the like in a living room to make them usable. SOLUTION: This movable water feed and drainage facility system for the house comprises a plurality of embedded units 11 embedded in a floor or a wall, wherein an aligning guide part 15 as well as connection parts 16, 17, 18 of water supply piping 12, hot water supply piping 13 and drain piping 14 are disposed in the same arranged state in the respective embedded units; and a plurality of facility units 1 wherein an aligning guide part 5 as well as connection parts 6, 7, 8 of the water supply piping, hot water supply piping and drain piping disposed in positions corresponding to the embedded units are disposed in the same arranged state.
