PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hydrogen embrittlement and peeling occurring between an outer layer material and an inner layer material by accumulation of hydrogen between the inner layer material and the outer layer material. SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage container 1 is provided with the outer layer material 2 storing gas containing hydrogen in an interior and enduring an internal pressure from the gas, and the inner layer material 3 provided so as to cover an inner circumferential face of the outer layer material 2 and formed by a material having hydrogen resistance. It has a composition with a passage led to the outside provided between the inner layer material 3 and the outer layer material 2. The passage is spiral. A fluid supplying means is provided for supplying fluid to the passage so that the fluid removing accumulated hydrogen flows towards outside. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
