<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating device of a driving gear for vehicle, particularly for electric car. <P>SOLUTION: This lubricating device comprises an upstream side oil server storably receiving lubricating oil accumulated at the bottom thereof scooped up by a gear positioned near the inner bottom part thereof and a downstream side oil server storably receiving a part of lubricating oil in the upstream side oil server in communication with the upstream side oil server. The upstream side oil server comprises lubricating oil supply passages corresponding to bearings disposed in the driving gear on the motor side.
