PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a light-weighted construction board which is hardly broken even when wet, and has antibacterial, antifungal, deodorizing effect and far-infrared emission, thereby being beneficial to human health and being environmentally friendly. CONSTITUTION: The light-weighted construction board is produced by mixing 3-5 vol% of a ceramic powder, 3-5 vol% of a jade powder, 3-5 vol% of an quartz porphyry powder, 3-5 vol% of biostone powder, 3-5 vol% of a loess powder, 3-5 vol% of a charcoal powder, 2-5 vol% of a fiber powder into 40-50% of a bottom ash powder; adding to the mixture, 20-30 vol% of a white cement and 45-55 vol% of water based on the volume of the white cement; and molding and curing the mixture. Further, 5-10 vol% of an inorganic water-soluble polymer may be added to the mixture before adding water.
