PURPOSE: A shifting control system is provided to improve convenience by operating the transmission easily in an emergency state, and to prevent information fabrication or wrong operation by keeping shifting in moving a driver or passengers on the seat. CONSTITUTION: A shifting control system of a transmission includes operation for stopping, parking, neutral range disconnected from the engine, backward movement, low speed, high speed and normal speed. In an emergency state, the traveling state is converted into the other state promptly with operating without checking specifically. The transmission is arranged near the driver, and shifting is kept in moving the driver into the passenger seat, moving the passenger into the driver's seat, or operating the shifting mechanism or the side brake by a child. Sudden acceleration is examined accurately by preventing information fabrication.
