PURPOSE: An alarm processing system is provided to determine a master board among plural boards, so that the master board can collect alarm data, make the alarm data in serial, and transmit the serial alarm data to an upper alarm collector, thereby reducing complexity. CONSTITUTION: A master board collects alarm data from plural boards(30_0-30_N), and transmits the alarm data. An upper alarm collector(33) receives the alarm data from the master board, and collects alarm states of the entire system. The boards(30_0-30_N) comprise as follows. Alarm collectors(32) collect the alarm data. Master sensors(34) sense whether the master board is determined. If the master board is determined, serial portions(35) convert the collected alarm data into serial data. Upper interface portions(36) interface with the upper alarm collector(33), and transmit the serial alarm data.
