PURPOSE: A noise reducing tire is provided to reduce noise by adjusting the gradient of contact pressure over 1.20 and below 1.40 and to shorten the tire developing time by estimating the degree of vibration with only measuring the gradient of contact pressure. CONSTITUTION: The gradient of contact pressure for a noise reducing tire is over 1.20 and below 1.40. The gradient of contact pressure is defined to (B-A)/(b-a). A is a maximum contact pressure of a tread center unit, B is the maximum contact pressure of a tread shoulder unit, and a and b are distances of A and B from a center axis of the tire. The belt angle of a belt cord used for a reinforcing member in the tire is over 24 degrees and below 27 degrees.
