PURPOSE: A noise preventing device of a vehicle is provided to prevent the flow of the vibrating noise of an engine into the passenger room by installing a noise damping panel and a dash panel and to easily install regardless of the state of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A noise damping panel is installed behind an engine. A dash panel is spaced apart from the noise damping panel. A noise preventing device is placed between the noise damping panel and the dash panel. A first coil(13) is fixed on the surface of the noise damping panel via a bolt(17), while a second coil(15) is laid over the outer surface of the first coil. The first and second coils closely contact the surfaces of the noise damping panel and the dash panel.
