<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which, when used in an inkjet recording method, shows excellent delivery stability and gives a high-quality recorded image, to provide a recording method and a recorded image using it, and to provide an ink set and an ink head. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition 60 is produced by the addition of a surfactant in which the difference d (=σ<SB>10</SB>-α<SB>1</SB>) between the dynamic surface tension (σ<SB>10</SB>) of a solution obtained by dissolving 0.1 wt.% surfactant in deionized water measured at 24 to 26°C by a maximum bubble pressure method at a bubble frequency of 10 Hz and the dynamic surface tension σ<SB>1</SB>measured at 24 to 26°C is 0-15 mN/m. The image is recorded by adhering liquid drops of the ink composition to a recoding substrate by pressurizing the ink composition 60, fed from the ink tank 50 of an ink head to an ink chamber 40, by applying a voltage to a diaphragm 12 made of a piezoelectric material to thereby eject the liquid drops from an ejection port 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
