<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect a shift of a component holding posture. <P>SOLUTION: This device/method is provided with a camera 110, the first lighting part 120, the second lighting part 130 and a controller 180, and reflected light of the first light 121 emitted from the first lighting part toward an imaging face 51 of an electronic component 50, and reflected light of the second light 131 emitted from the second lighting part toward the electronic component are imaged by the camera. Since a shape or the like of the component and an inclination thereof are detected thereby by the camera, a component moving route to attaching of the component is simplified, and a cycle time about mounting of the component is shortened compared with conventional one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
