PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper for pseudo-adhesion, obtained by using reclaimed paper, and having excellent printability. SOLUTION: The paper for pseudo-adhesion has a base paper and an adhesive base. The base paper is the reclaimed paper made out of a raw material of a pulp containing at least one of the pulp of a magazine waste paper and the pulp of a high-quality waste paper, and the adhesive base contains an acrylic ester copolymer resin emulsion comprising 50-90 mass% butyl acrylate monomer and 5-45 mass% ethyl acrylate monomer based on a monomer raw material and does not contain a natural rubber latex.
