<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide concealing paper surely concealing information and having excellent productivity for detail in relation to the concealing paper usable for lotteries, various kinds of prizes, games, etc., of a scratch method. <P>SOLUTION: The concealing paper has a three-layer structure of at least a skim layer 2, a back layer 4 and a middle layer 3 located between both the layers. The middle layer comprises carbon black formulated therein and at least either of the skim layer and the back layer is a white layer having≥50% whiteness (JIS P 8123).
