SOLUTION: The double polarization radar device for measuring the value of double polarization from receiving wave received with horizontal polarization and vertical polarization has a first receiving part 006A for receiving the wave with horizontal polarization, a second receiving part 006B for receiving the wave with vertical polarization, a deflection sensor for measuring roll angle, pitch angle and yaw angle which represent the deflection of the radar device, a deflection correction processing part 009 for performing correction to remove the influence by the deflection from signal of the receiving wave of horizontal polarization from the first receiving part and the receiving wave of vertical polarization from the second receiving part by using shear angle of polarization calculated from the roll angle, the pitch angle and the yaw angle and a measured value calculation part 010 for calculating measured value of the double polarization from the corrected horizontal polarization receiving signal and corrected vertical polarization receiving signal.
