<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for providing a maker with the discrimination information of merchandise purchased by a consumer while relating the discrimination information to attribute information such as the customer's age and sex excluding the personal information of the consumer to thereby enable the maker side to grasp the trend of consumption, and for enabling the consumer to easily prepare a housekeeping book. <P>SOLUTION: The server device connects a maker terminal through a network to a register terminal to which an IC card reader/writer and a merchandise discrimination information reader are connected. The register terminal reads merchandise discrimination information by a merchandise discrimination information reader, and writes the merchandise discrimination information in an IC card by an IC card reader/writer in a format readable by housekeeping book software, and reads IC card discrimination information by the IC card reader/writer, and transmits the IC card discrimination information and the merchandise discrimination information to the server device. The server device stores the IC card discrimination information, the merchandise discrimination information and attribute information such as the customer's age and sex in the storage part by relating those information to each other, and rewrites and stores the housekeeping book information stored in the storage part for each IC card discrimination based on the merchandise discrimination information, and transmits the merchandise discrimination information and attribute information to the maker terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
