PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system for portable communication equipment capable of effectively managing the edition/storage of data for the portable communication equipment such as a portable telephone. SOLUTION: This data management system for portable communication equipment is provided with a portable telephone 30 being the portable communication equipment, a PC 20 for editing and storing data of the portable telephone 30 being the portable communication equipment, and a USB cable 10 which is connected to the USB port 21 of the PC 20 and the connection port 31 of the portable telephone 30 being the portable communication equipment and transfers data between the PC 20 and the portable telephone 30 being the portable communication equipment.
