NONCONTACT SEAL DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS METHOD, ITS DEVICE AND ITS ANALYSIS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic characteristic analysis method when a space 11 formed between a rotating part 1 and a static part around thereof is actuated as a noncontact seal. SOLUTION: A space region achieved by developing a working fluid flowing in the annular seal space 11 forming the noncontact seal along the rotary circumferential direction is a calculation space. The whirling movement of the rotating part 1 by eccentricity is modeled so that a thickness dimension of the calculation space is dynamically varied along the rotary circumferential direction and the rotating shaft direction simultaneously, and pressure distribution change with time elapse in the seal space 11 is calculated based on the model.
