<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing salt by which the salt containing a desired amount of gypsum and hardly causing turbidity when used by being dissolved in water can efficiently be manufactured by regulating the content of the gypsum while providing bittern hardly causing turbidity as a byproduct, and to provide an apparatus for manufacturing the salt. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the salt comprises a primary concentration step by a primary concentration means 1, a secondary concentration step for precipitating the salt containing the gypsum by the secondary concentration of the primarily concentrated liquid by an evaporation crystallizer 2, a salt-collecting step for carrying out solid-liquid separation of a part of the secondarily concentrated liquid (salt slurry liquid) by a centrifugal separator 4 to collect the salt of the product, a salt-dissolving step for mixing a part of the secondarily concentrated liquid having the precipitated salt containing the gypsum with the primary concentrated liquid in a salt-dissolving tank 5 to dissolve the salt without dissolving the main part of the gypsum precipitated in the secondarily concentrated liquid, and a gypsum-separating step for separating the gypsum not dissolved in the salt-dissolving step by a gypsum-separating means 6 to enable the amount of the gypsum contained in the salt of the product to be adjusted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
