PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating system to be efficiently operated in stores utilizing indoor air-conditioning and cooling in cooling storage facilities. SOLUTION: The refrigerating system 1 comprises a air-conditioning refrigerant circuit 7 consisting of a compressor 13, a heat source side heat exchanger 16 and a service side heat exchanger 28 for indoor air-conditioning with the service side heat exchanger 28 and a cooling storage facility refrigerant circuit 9 consisting of a compressor 37, a condenser 38 and evaporators 43, 49 for cooling in the cooling storage facilities with the evaporators 43, 49. A cascade heat exchanger 18 is provided for heat exchange between the low pressure side of the air-conditioning refrigerant circuit 7 and the high pressure side of the cooling storage facility refrigerant circuit 9.
