PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facilities for recycling a scrapped FRP ship, in which FRP articles and foamed articles sorted out of dismantled articles of the scrapped FRP ship are crushed by a crusher, the crushed foamed articles are removed by suction, the crushed FRP articles are mixed with oil, and the mixture of the FRP articles and the oil is used as fuel for cement production, thereby scattering of FRP dust is eliminated because of the oil mixed with the FRP articles, handling as the fuel is facilitated, the calorific value as fuel is enhanced by the oil mixing, and further, the calorific value can be regulated by setting the mixing ratio so that workability in the cement production can be enhanced. SOLUTION: Facilities for recycling a scrapped FRP ship have a crusher 1 for crushing FRP articles M and foamed articles H sorted out of dismantled articles of the scrapped FRP ship, a classifier 3 for subjecting the crushed articles crushed by the crusher to particle size classification, a suction apparatus 4 for removing the foamed articles classified by the classifier by suction, and an oil addition apparatus 6 for adding an oil to the FRP articles classified by the classifier at a specified mixing ratio, and a kneader 5 for producing a mixture of the FRP articles and the oil to be used as a fuel for producing cement by mixing the FRP articles with the oil.
