PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong dry masonry joining method not to be easily taken out even when a hook is used and tension external pressure is applied by manufacturing and mold-releasing the joint hook of a slope environment vegetation concrete block such as a road, a river, a park and a swamp, and using it as a hanger during construction. SOLUTION: The joining method for the dry masonry environment block makes a notch part 2 of four corner ends or a quarter of a block body 1, and makes the block constructing a penetration opening part 11 by combining the notch part 2 of the other block body 1. In the case of four joining, they are right and left oppositely provided to expose a planar U-shaped hook reinforced bar to be combined, a planar 8-shaped rink hole 6 is constructed, both ends are inserted while vertically rotating a folded superposed spiral metal fitting 8 bent at both ends, after construction is completed, site soil or vegetation soil 9 is put in the penetration opening part 11 and flowers 10 are constructed to grow.
