PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the flow of air blown by a fan into an air path formed in a pad of a seat for giving a sitting person comfort by the air passing through the air path and consequently to use a small fan. SOLUTION: The air path 10 and a multitude of through-holes 18 which are branched from the air path 10 for blowing air toward the sitting person P are formed in the pad 5. The pad 5 is constituted of a low-permeability material in order that the air blown by the fan 19 does not enter the pad 5 but flows only through the air path 10 and the through-holes 18 and is discharged from air outlets 12 and 13.
